Melloy Nissan will soon receive a diesel addition to our truck lineup.  The Nissan Titan XD will make it’s appearance late 2015.

Called the “XD,” our new Titan will offers effortless towing and hauling compatible to the larger, more expensive heavy-duty trucks – with a maximum towing capacity of more than 12,000 pounds and maximum payload capacity of 2,000 pounds (when properly equipped). – yet will hold it’s own with the fuel economy of a Half Ton Pickup Truck.

The new TITAN XD Crew Cab, equipped with its powerful Cummins 5.0L V8 Turbo Diesel, will be the first of three cab configurations, two frame sizes, three powertrain offerings and five grade levels to be available in the full TITAN lineup. Helping handle the power and torque of the engine is a heavy-duty six-speed Aisin automatic transmission developed and tuned exclusively for the TITAN XD.
